Personalized Workout Plan:

  • Workout plan customized to specifically meet your goals
  • Plans can be setup for individuals that have a gym membership, at home gyms or a combination of both
  • Exercise demos will be sent as needed
  • Workout plans will evolve with your fitness progression
  • As your fitness level evolves so will the workouts in order to avoid plateaus

Customized Nutrition Plan:

  • Meals and portions will be planned 
  • Macronutrient information will be communicated so that you know how many grams of protein, fats and carbohydrates you are consuming
  • Nutrition is an extremely important piece when it comes to reaching your goals. You can only spend so much time working out, but eating is something that you do throughout everyday 
  • The nutrition your body needs changes as your body changes

1 on 1 Coaching:

  • Once per week you will have a 30 minute progress consultation by phone or Skype
  • We will gather the information necessary to make adjustments to your workouts and nutrition
  • Allows for the opportunity to get in-depth answers to questions or thoughts that you may have 
  • Address any struggles you may be having and how to overcome them
